Fewer people. Closer to the problem.

One engineer, not a team

You talk to the person who does the work. No account managers, no project coordinators, no handoffs between departments. I research, design, automate, and deploy. One person, full stack, start to finish.

How projects start

A conversation about the problem. I assess data readiness and system landscape. Clear go/no-go before anything gets built.

How projects run

Weekly updates with working software. You see what shipped, not what’s planned. If something blocks, you hear about it that week.

Pricing

Project-based or monthly retainer. Scope defined upfront. No hourly billing for small questions. If the scope changes, I talk about it before the invoice does.

What happens after

Documentation. Knowledge transfer. The system runs without me. Optional ongoing support if you want it.

One conversation. No handoffs.
